Professional with a career built over more than 25 years working on social projects, employment and income generation, administration, people management, and organizational development.

Founder of CoreGov, a company that unifies three fronts: consultancy for NGOs (bylaws, business plans, federal and state fundraising), federal funding for municipalities via Transferegov (such as the ArborizaCidades call from FNMA), and autonomous Artificial Intelligence agents to automate business processes.

Worked for 4 years with PAE – the Self-Employment Program, through Pronager/Brasília and SERT – the Secretariat of Employment and Labor Relations, in a project developed with resources from FAO/UN, contributing to the training and guidance of entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Also has extensive experience in drafting and adapting social bylaws, institutional regularization processes, public and private fundraising, and developing Third Sector organizations.

Currently undergoing a career transition to Information Technology, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and AI Agents, leading the development of CoreGov's digital solutions, including autonomous agents, process automation, and intelligent management platforms.
